Refund/Cancellation Policy
Estura is designed so audience payments are authorized before a viewer joins a creator queue and captured when the paid live voice session starts.
Before a session starts
If a viewer is removed from the queue or is not admitted before the live voice session starts, the payment authorization may be canceled or released.
After a session starts
If a session starts successfully, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case by Estura support. Review may consider service status, creator and viewer reports, queue activity, and payment records.
Timing
Processing and payment network timing may affect when released funds or refunds appear on a viewer's payment method.
