Terms of Service

Estura provides livestream creators with tools for public streamer profiles, live voice access, queue management, session controls, and payment workflows.

Use of Estura

Creators and audience members must use Estura lawfully and follow applicable creator, community, and platform rules. Estura may suspend or limit access for misuse, fraud, payment abuse, security issues, or activity that harms other users or the service.

Community conduct

Harassment, abuse, illegal content, fraud, threats, hate, and payment abuse are not allowed. Creators are responsible for their content, community rules, stream moderation, and how they use Estura during their live experiences.

Payments

Audience payments are authorized before queue entry and captured when a paid live voice session starts. Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Final payment totals are shown before authorization.

Creator responsibility

Creators choose their voice access settings, pricing, and queue moderation decisions. Creators must not use Estura for misleading, abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activity.
